So Lucy was in Morehead this weekend and on one of her many encounters with Cats she lost a battle. At first we thought the cat did no make it, so she was going to be in big trouble. Then the cat turned up just fine, but Lucy on the other hand had a bad cut on her ear. We brought her home to give her a bath and that opened up the scab so she was bleeding from her ear. In an effort to keep her from doing the "Shakey" and splattering blood everywhere we tried to bandage her up. This is the funny result! Lucy has since recovered well, and back to torture Cats once again....
Nathan and I have been happily married since January 24, 2009. We lead a busy life and enjoy every minute of it, which I often pack with lots to do! Nathan works for the State of KY doing environmental work, I work in the events/tradeshow industry for a professionally managed NPO. In 2009 I also started my own business, Events by Julie Lewis. Kyle Daniel Lewis was born, June 4, 2013 and our daughter Kaylee Kathleen Lewis completed our family on March 15, 2017.

C-A-T-S spells.....GO GATORS!!!
Last night was our first UK basketball game of the season. Nathan was excited to go and overall we had a fun night. It was an exhibition game, which is basically a game to showboat around in. We have our same seats as last year and I think they have a great view of the whole court. Although we would like to be a few rows down closer, we will take what we can get at this point! :)
Sesame Street Live
So a few weekends back I went with Leslie and Henry to see Sesame Street Live. I of course had to have a kid with me to disguise me as an adult Sesame Street fan...:)
It was the night before Henry's 6th birthday so he was really excited to begin with. I was worried that he might be too old to like the show but as soon as it started he was wide eyed and happy! I love how he anticipates the flash of the camera. Every picture I took he was a squinty eyed! :)
